This policy explains what information Clearview Exterior Services ("Clearview", "we") collects through clearviewextservices.com and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you request a free estimate, we collect your name, phone number, the property address or city, the service or package you're interested in, and — if you choose to provide them — your email address and any notes about the property.
If you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request, prepare your estimate and schedule service.
- To keep a record of estimate requests and the work we perform.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the details you enter in the estimate form for advertising.
How it's stored and shared
Estimate requests are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, which also hosts this website, and are sent to our business email inbox through an email delivery provider. These providers process the information only to deliver those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
To limit spam, we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of the IP address a request comes from; we do not store the IP address itself.
Analytics and advertising
We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure whether our ads lead to estimate requests. These tools use cookies or similar technology and may collect information such as your browser, device, pages visited, and the ad you clicked. They record that an estimate request was made and which service was selected, and whether a call or text link was tapped. We do not send them your name, phone number, email address, property address or notes.
If you arrived from an ad, the campaign information in the link (for example, the ad source) is saved with your estimate request so we can tell which ads work.
You can limit this tracking through your browser's cookie settings, Google's ad settings, the Google Analytics opt-out, and Meta's ad preferences.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to respond to you, provide service and maintain business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Children
This site is intended for adults arranging service for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
